The Center for Connecticut Studies is located on the 4th floor of the J. Eugene Library building on the campus of Eastern Connecticut State University Eastern Road, Willimantic, Connecticut.

The collection is accessible Monday through Friday from 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm. or by appointment.
