Short biography
Ron Lowy started his career as a helper in a structural steel fabricating plant. Fifteen years later, he was the co-owner and CEO of Grove International Steel, an American Petroleum Institute approved manufacturer of pumping rods for the oil industry. This company had $15 million in sales in its first year and employed over 135 people. In 1979, the company was sold and he returned to college to complete his undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Dr Lowy  is a member of several management associations and he published recently a new management book  Paint to win, which incorporates creativity into the management equation.
