Student Writing Contest 2011

Students from the Connecticut State Universities were invited to participate in a contest judging three different areas of writing: fiction, poetry and essay. The judge, Dr. Jack Bedell, is the Woman's Hospital distinguished Professor in the Humanities at Southeastern Louisiana University where he also serves as Editor of Louisiana Literature. His most recent books are Call and Response, Come Rain, Come Shine and French Connections: A Gathering of Franco-American Poets.
