Unable to Login to Connect Pro
If, when trying to access Connect Pro and are unable to login, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that you are accessing the URL http://easternct.acrobat.com.
2. Ensure that you are entering your e-mail address (e.g., email@example.com) in the Login field.
3. If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password. To do so, click on Forgot your password link.
4. Enter your Connect Pro login (e-mail address) and click Submit. A new window appears which confirms that your request was received and that you will receive an e-mail containing a link and a set of instructions on how to re-set your new password.
5. Once you receive the e-mail from the administrator, you may now change your password by clicking on the provided link.
6. Enter your new password. Re-enter it to confirm and then click Submit New Password.
Note: Your new password must comply with University standards for password - view Password Rules
7. Your password has been changed. Login to Connect Pro using your new password.
