Video Interviews With Former CECE Students

Since 2005, the Center has provided learning opportunities for over 60 students from a variety of disciplines. Students have gained meaningful experiences conducting research, serving as substitutes in early childhood classrooms, and producing training videos. Below, students reflect on how their experiences at the center have added to their education at Eastern.

Christina Frugale, '12 (1:12)

Major: Psychology with a concentration in children and youth; minoring in Spanish.

Christina worked as a classroom substitute and a bilingual early literacy assessor for the CPEL project.

Claire worked as a research assistant on a study looking at the relationship between teacher-child play interactions and children's mathematical abilities.
