Registration by telephone, mail or fax begins immediately and is strongly recommended for optimum course selection. Our registration form is available
in PDF format. To view this form, you must need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 and above installed. If you have an older version just update to the
current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is free and useful.

Registration Instructions
Complete our online *registration form* with payment information or you may use the mail-in form located in the back of our course schedule
booklet.
When using the mail-in form located in the back of our course schedule
booklet, please do not write in the last column of the registration
form. Print clearly - this is especially critical if you are faxing
your registration form. Complete the form in ink. Do not mail cash.
Make checks payable to "Eastern Connecticut State University".

Registration Deadlines
You can register for a course at any time
until the day the course begins. We cannot accept registrations in
class. We do advise students to register as early as possible, because
many of our classes fill up early. Please note that courses will be
canceled if they do not reach minimum enrollment one week before class
is due to begin.
Registration Confirmation
As soon as we receive your registration,
you will be sent a confirmation. If you don't receive your written
confirmation within one week of registering, please call to make sure
we have received your registration. We reserve the right to cancel
a class due to low enrollment. We always notify students if a course
must be canceled for any reason or if the course is closed due to
maximum enrollment. In the event that you have questions about eligibility
for our classes, please call our office at (860) 465-5125.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a course, every effort will be made to inform each registered
person via telephone, e-mail or mail. It is important to list a day telephone number on your registration form.
If a single class meeting is cancelled for any reason, every attempt will be made to notify enrolled students.
A makeup day will be negotiated by the instructor. If there is a question concerning cancellation of a course,
please call (860) 465-5125.
Refunds
The Refund Policy for Office of Professional Development courses is as follows: 100% refund will
be issued for courses cancelled due to low enrollment. Requests for refunds because of withdrawal will be granted up to
three days prior to the start of the class. Refunds will not be granted after the start of a class. Refunds will be issued
from the ECSU Cashier's Office and may take four to six weeks.

10% discount for 3 or more employees and a 20% discount for 10 or
more employees for non-credit courses.

by September 3rd or all eight Graphic Design Certification courses
by October 3rd and receive a 10% Discount! *Please note, students
who withdraw from a course which is part of a discounted certification
program will receive a refund minus the discount applied.
