Eastern's Off-Campus Spring 2010 Course Schedule

Courses are available to all students, degree and non-degree. Below you will find several ways to access credit course information however if you need additional assistance please contact our office at (860) 465-5125 or (860) 465-0206.


Deadlines

  Registration for current students is according to the schedule on the News page..
  Registration for the public opens on Jan. 5, 2010.
January 25 CLASSES BEGIN 8 A.M.
January 25 Last day to withdraw from the University (full-time students) to qualify for 100% refund on tuition
January 29   Open add/drop period ends
January 29 Last day to drop a class (part-time students) and receive 100% refund on tuition
February 1-5 Add period; instructor approval required
February 5 Last day to withdraw from the University (full-time students) to qualify for 60% refund on tuition
February 5 Drop deadline (full semester courses); all students
February 5 Add deadline (full semester courses); all students
February 5 Last day to drop a class (part-time students) and receive a 50% refund on tuition
February 11 Last day to withdraw from a class (part-time students) and  receive a 50% refund on tuition
February 12 HOLIDAY - Lincoln's Birthday observed - no classes
February 13 No Saturday classes
February 15 HOLIDAY - George Washington's Birthday observed - no classes
February 16 August 2010 degree application deadline, students submit to Registrar
February 19 Course audit deadline; students submit to Registrar
February 19 Last day to withdraw from the University (full-time students) to qualify for 40% refund on tuition
March 5 Advisor or major change deadline for Fall registration
March 1 Application deadline for Fall 2010 comprehensive examination and intent to graduate (graduate students)
March 1-5 Comprehensive exams week - Education (graduate)
March 5 Incomplete grades deadline, faculty submit grades to registrar.
March 5-8 Comprehensive exams week - Organizational Management (graduate)
March 8 Draft of thesis signed by advisor due in Graduate Office
March 15 Midsemester grades due
March 15-April 30 Advisement and Fall registration for continuing matriculated students
April 5 Thesis and copies due in Graduate Office
April 9 Credit/no credit deadline, student submit to Registrar
April 9 Class withdrawal deadline (full semester courses)
April 2-3

May 12 Day and evening classes end
May 12 Last day to withdraw from the University
May 13 Unitersity Meeting 2:30 pm
May 13-14 Make-up/Reading Days
May 15 Saturday classes end (final exams May 22)
May 17-22 Final exams (day, evening and Saturday classes)
May 23 Commencement
May 26 Final grades due

Live E-Web Catalog (Viewing courses OPEN TO ALL)

With E-Web you can view live updated undergraduate course schedules including seat availability.

  1. Proceed to E-Web.
  2. Select the term you would like to view.
  3. Then click the "Submit" button.
  4. To view the entire Course Schedule, go to the 3rd selection down and click on "Both" from the "(O)pen/(C)lose" option; then scroll to the bottom and click "Class Search".
  5. To view specific courses, enter the 3 letter subject code and 3 digit course number; then select "Both" from the "(O)pen/(C)lose" option and proceed by pressing the [ENTER] key or click the "Class Search" button.
NOTE: In searching for courses on E-Web, before clicking "Class Search" it is important that you select “both” rather than “open". If there are seats in “Reserve (RSV)” in the course you are interested in, please call the School of Continuing Education for assistance: (860) 465-0206. You may need approval to enroll in this course.
