Lost/Stolen Access FOB
Your initial building access FOB is issued at no charge. A $15 fee will be assessed for any replacement of lost, stolen or damaged FOB’s. There is a $3 fee for temporary FOB’s. You can pay for your replacement FOB with EXPRE$$ CASH, check or the charge can be placed on your University bill.
If your FOB becomes lost or stolen, the first thing you should do is
call the office during business hours, Monday – Friday; 9am – 4pm;
860-465-5060 and we will shut your FOB off. If this occurs after hours, please see your Hall Director and they can shut your
FOB off 24/7.
Bedroom FOB replacements are issued through your residence hall. Please contact your RA/OA and they will begin the replacement process.
