Deposit Funds to the Eastern EXPRE$$ CARD


The Eastern EXPRESS CARD can function as a pre-paid debit card allowing cardholders to make purchases at  locations on Eastern's campus. Learn more about the Eastern EXPRESS CARD Program.

5 Ways to Make an EXPRE$$ CASH Deposit:


1) Online Card Office


  • Make Deposits to your EXPRESS CASH Account with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Debit or Credit Card through our PCI compliant website.
  • Check balances, view transaction history, meal plan usage and manage your card if lost/stolen/misplaced.
  • 2.95% convenience fee for debit and credit card deposits.

Adding Money to the Eastern EXPRE$$ CARD Online


Requires Sign In:

  1. Click Eastern EXPRESS CARD Online Card Office.
  2. Login to the Eastern EXPRESS CARD Online Card Office with your Eastern Username and Password. Example: John Smith username is smithj. DO NOT PUT @my.easternct.edu.
  3. If you change your password through your university email, this will change your password for the Eastern EXPRESS CARD Online Card Office.
  4. Put in the Deposit Amount and hit Next.
  5. Enter the MasterCard, Visa and Discover Credit or Debit Card information and select Submit.
    (convenience fee are applied) Save your preferred payment methods in order to make deposits through the eAccount Mobile App.
  6. You are then brought to a confirmation page. Scroll Down and Click Make Deposit or Cancel.
  7. Once confirmed, the funds are available immediately on the Eastern EXPRESS CARD. 

Supported minimum browser versions are Safari 5.0, Internet Explorer 8.0, Mozilla Firefox 4, Google Chrome 11.0

 2) Make A Guest Deposit


  • Friends or Family can make a deposit through the Guest Deposit Portal.
  • All they need is your First Name, Last Name and Eastern ID Number.
  • They will not be able to view your transaction history, see balances or deactivate your card.
  • There is a convenience fee for debit and credit card deposits.

Adding Money through the Guest Deposit Portal


Does NOT Require Sign In:

  1. Click Guest Deposit Portal - Eastern EXPRESS CARD Online Card Office.
  2. Click on Make a Guest Deposit.
  3. Fill in the Student's First, Last Name and Eastern ID Number and click the Contribute button.
  4. Put in the Deposit Amount and hit Next.
  5. Enter MasterCard, Visa or Discover Credit or Debit Card information and select Submit.
  6. You are then brought to a confirmation page. Scroll Down and Click Make Deposit or Cancel.
  7. Once confirmed, an email will be sent to the student notifying them that a deposit was made.
  8. The funds are available immediately on the student's Eastern EXPRESS CARD. 

3) eAccounts Mobile App


  • To make deposits through the eAccounts App you need to save your preferred payment method through the Online Card Office first during your initial deposit.
  • Download the eAccounts App from your mobile device app store.
  • Make deposits with MC, VISA or Discover debit and credit cards. 
  • View account balances, transaction history and meal plan usage. 
  • Deactivate and Activate your EXPRESS CARD if it is lost/stolen/misplaced.

4) Visit Card Services


  • Make Check and Money Order deposits
