Eastern Department of Business Administration students have many opportunities to grow in terms of university involvement and professional development. The following clubs and groups provide students with a chance to interact with professionals in their fields, with each others and the larger community.

Eastern Accounting Society (EAS) EAS provides its members with accounting experience and opportunities outside of the classroom. Active participation in events allows students informal and formal contact with accounting professionals. The Accounting Society encourages the professional and personal development of an individual by enhancing communication and organizational skills; as well as developing a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility.

American Marketing Association (AMA) A major goal of the Eastern Chapter of the AMA is to develop the chapter into one of the most predominate, resourceful, and involved organizations on campus by bringing prominent guest speakers to campus, fundraising to support AMA events, participating in educational events, and performing community service.

Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) AITP's mission is to give individuals in the Business Information Systems and Computer Systems programs and courses an opportunity to gather information regarding developments throughout the Information Systems and Technology fields, in their future careers, to facilitate professional networking. Guest speakers provide opportunities to learn about new system and technology practices.

Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) IMA provides its members with accounting expertise, opportunities, and networking experiences outside of the classroom. IMA also encourages the professional and personal development of an individual by enhancing communication and organizational skills.

Entrepreneurship Club The mission of the Entrepreneurship Club at Eastern Connecticut State University is to further the knowledge and spirit of entrepreneurialism, to sponsor educational and social events at which the knowledge and skills in organizing, operating and assuming the risk of a business venture can be obtained, and to establish the networks that have become critical to success in the business world after graduation.

Study Abroad Business students at Eastern have the opportunity to study in Canada, China, England, France, and Scotland with more countries being added.
