Master of Science in Organizational Management:
Program Completion Requirements
Once accepted into the program students must complete, within six years, a total of 36 credits: 15 to complete the 5 core classes, and 21 drawn from interdisciplinary electives. The MSOM program culminates with either a Comprehensive Examination or an independent thesis that must be approved by a faculty advisor. The program is interdisciplinary, drawing much of its curriculum from Eastern's Business Administration, Psychology, and Communication programs.
