Short biography:
Niti Pandey received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in human resources and industrial relations from the School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She also has a B.A. and an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Delhi, India. Prior to joining ECSU, Niti taught human resource management, industrial relations, negotiations, and corporate social responsibility at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Her research interests focus on employee attitudes and outcomes related to teamwork and work structuring, rewards and compensation, and corporate social responsibility practices. Her research has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. Her most recent work is being published in an edited book titled Green Organizations: Driving Change with IO Psychology. Niti will be teaching the courses Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior in Fall.
