Dr. Paul Gilson

Ph.D. in Management, Georgia Tech

Short biography:
Dr. Gilson has worked during his career for many different companies from large multinational business to small high-tech startups. Dr. Gilson was the CFO and of the Maxim Group, a public company in Atlanta, GA and an accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in both Atlanta GA, and London England. In these companies Dr. Gilson specialized in IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. In his more recent career, Dr. Gilson has helped numerous startup companies in preparation of business plans and fundraising activities. Before joining Eastern Dr. Gilson taught at UConn specializing in finance and entrepreneurship.
