Craig Erwin worked in various positions in manufacturing divisions at United Technologies Corporation, York International, Trane
Company, and Tennant Company prior to completing a Ph. D. at the University of Arizona. As a member of the American Association for
Higher Education, he is actively involved in efforts to improve student learning through outcomes assessment.
