Two-year letterwinner... program's active career leader in assists and average minutes and is second in virtually every other category...

Coach Geitner: “We have very high expectations for Courtney because he is such a talented player, but his numbers have to be better, his  court awareness, and court presence have to be better.  He needs to be consistent, not only in games, but in practice.”

Career-highs (thru 2008/09): 38 min., 27 pts., 8 rebs., 13 assists,

3 blocks, 6 steals, four 3-pters...

2008/09: Led the team in average minutes, shared the team lead in FTs and was second in scoring, FG attempts, assists, FT attempts and FT pct. .... shared 7th place in the LEC in assist average... named to the U. of New England tournament all-tournament team with two-game totals of 28 points, 14 rebounds, 8 assists... was 9-for-15 with 6 rebounds in an opening win over Maine-Fort Kent in the tournament opener and handed out seven assists in the championship game loss to host UNE... torched Keene State in the Owls' gym with the two highest-scoring games of his career, dropping a career-high 27 on the Owls (11-for-23 FG) Jan. 27 and ending the season with 25 more in the first round of the LEC tournament Feb. 24... credited with a career-high 13 assists (one more than his previous best) Feb. 14 at UMass Dartmouth... season-highs (p-r-a-3s): 27-8-13-4...

2007/08: First freshman to start every game in a season since Alan Janes in 1986/87... named to the Little East Conference All-Rookie Team and selected as Eastern's Male Rookie-of-the-Year...four-time LEC Rookie-of-the-Week selection... one of two players to start all 26 games... in an average of 30.2 minutes (second on the team), was one of three double-figure scorers (10.7 pp.g) who also led the team in assists (105)... eight times played more than 20 minutes with one or less turnovers... in an 83-67 home win over UMass Boston Dec. 8, turned the ball over only once in 27 minutes and had only two turnovers in 38 minutes in a 79-77 upset home win over LEC champion Rhode Island College Feb. 23... handed out a season-high 12 assists in 26 minutes Jan. 17 in an 87-80 win at Green Mountain College... season-highs (p-r-a-3s): 24-7-12-4...

High School: Participated in basketball and football… in basketball, helped his team earn a conference title as a senior captain… in basketball, named all-state as a senior and all-division his junior and senior years... named conference basketball tournament MVP as a senior… also a McDonald’s All-American nominee in basketball … in football, helped lead his team to a state championship… also named to the all-conference academic team….
