Attended Division II Post University in 2007/08 before enrolling at Eastern in the fall of 2008...

Coach Holowaty:  “Rob was hurt mostly last year, and I think that he is geared to have a very good senior year. We need him to have a very good senior year. He has to step up and play at the level we think he is capable of playing.  He’s full of potential.”

Previous School: Appeared in 15 games for 25-25 Eagles with six starts.. batted.241 (7-for-29) with five runs, two RBI, two stolen bases and five walkes… did not commit an error on 16 defensive chances for Post, which set a program record for wins and reached the best-of-three ECAC Division II Tournament championship series against Molloy College…

High School : Three-year starter in baseball and indoor track teams… named all-conference twice… sat out senior season due to a torn labrum… helped team to state quarterfinals during junior year… during junior season batted .484 (.460 career)… in track, was part of three record-breaking relays...won the state championship in 4 x 400 relay and placed fourth in NE in ’06…
