Admitted Part-Time Students

Congratulations on your admission to Eastern Connecticut State University!  The following check list

will help ensure a smooth transition to our university community.  If you have any questions or need assistance with any of the steps listed below, please contact the School of Continuing Education at 860-465-0206.

 

Incoming Part-Time Student Check List

       

If you have not met with an advisor, contact the School of Continuing Education at (860) 465-0206 to schedule an appointment.

If you are interested in our Groton site call (860) 446-9457 or Vernon site call (860) 871-8482.

Activate your Eastern email account.

Your Eastern email account will be used to convey important information regarding incoming student programs, placement testing, financial aid, and registration.  Activate your account immediately.

Submit official transcript(s) for any transfer credit course work.

This may include AP, TechPrep, and college or university- level classes taken in high school.

Log onto eWeb Online Services to view your transfer credit evaluation.

You will also be able to check grades, view your transcript, add and drop classes, display your class schedule, and review your financial aid status through your eWeb account.
Submit completed CSU Health and insurance forms prior to start of the fall semester.

Complete Free Application for Federal Student Aid, if applying for financial aid.

FAFSA completion preference date: March 15, 2012. For more information, contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@easternct.edu or visit www.easternct.edu/finaid/

Plan to register.

New part-time students register beginning June 1st.  Readmitted students are advised to contact the School of Continuing Education at (860) 465-0206 to confirm your registration date.

Check the Math and Writing Placement Information page to make sure you have appropriate math and english placement.
