Want to attend an out-of-state college without paying out-of-state tuition?

At Eastern Connecticut State University, you can do just that! Through the New England Regional Student Program (NERSP), students from the New England states have access to the world-class academics at Eastern for a fraction of the out-of-state costs. As a public liberal arts university, Eastern offers the feel of a private liberal arts college with its unique core curriculum, engaging and interactive  classes (99% with fewer than 40 students) and vibrant campus life.
