Why Study Finance at Eastern?

Eastern’s Finance program is designed to equip students for entry into the financial services sector, corporate roles, or graduate school. Our faculty places a priority on developing analytical, communication, and quantitative skills, ensuring students are well-prepared for successful careers. To align education with specific goals, we encourage the selection of a minor – those interested in financial analysis can choose data analytics or economics, while those fascinated by global financial markets may opt for international business. What distinguishes our finance major is the distinct advantage of small class sizes, providing individual attention and fostering strong connections between students and faculty.
